There is no charge for viewing restaurants currently available on our platform, if you are already using the "Buyer Broker Consulting Service". and decide to select a business from our available inventory, in this case, your $1000.00 retainer would be refunded in full after you close on the business.

​How Does it work?

A one time retainer fee of $1000.00 for the first 2 months of  assisting you in precuring the perfect Food & Beverage business. There's a limit of 5 showings per month. These can be restaurants that you find on your own that are for sale, along with us utilizing  our efforts to locate other choices for you as well. Once you or we find the right business for you, the process begins, and our help does not end there.

 

Let us assist and oversee the verifications; give you location assistance, equipment evaluation, landlord negotiations, and City & Town licensing municipalities. It can be a daunting task keeping the attorney’s and licensing entities focused on moving your transaction along quickly. Delays can kill your deal! Our fee for this service is extremely reasonable. We're not attorney's. We're seasoned restaurant owners / Specialists with virtually a limitless knowledge of this industry.
